Senior Business Analyst – Digital Technology Office (21‑month fixed term)

We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bring fresh insights and expertise to our Digital Technology Office (DTO) at Carnival UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Business Analysis activity within products and projects, ensuring outcomes, scope and requirements are captured, reviewed and baselined for large, complex initiatives.
• Accountable for challenging scope and complexity to increase benefits/delivery pace and decrease cost of delivery.
• Apply appropriate requirements definition and management methods, tools and techniques based on the context (agile or waterfall).
• Organise and prioritise requirements using techniques such as user stories, epics, business rules, requirement statements and business processes.

This position is at CUK08 level and is a full‑time, fixed‑term role for 21 months. Hybrid working is available, with up to two days from home.
