Job summary

OpenSourced - Search & Selection is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with SAP, supply chain planning and manufacturing experience to lead business-critical change across planning, manufacturing and quality processes. Based in Woking with hybrid working arrangements, you will translate complex business needs into requirements, functional specifications, test plans and practical process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ Business Analysis experience across Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of BA methods, tools, requirements management and process design.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP, or similar ERP / planning applications.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, suppliers and technical delivery teams.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing or complex supply chain environments.
• Exposure to EDI, SAP Ariba, Order-to-Invoice, Exceedra or sales promotion tools.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions or capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, documentation and prioritisation for complex change initiatives.
• Support planning, manufacturing and quality management applications, including SAP-related processes.
• Act as workstream lead on large projects, or lead smaller projects and major business changes.
• Design and improve business processes, supporting UAT, training and adoption.
• Lead, coach and coordinate Business Analysts, functional consultants and matrix project teams.
