Role Overview:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have a key role in developing the BA discipline as part of a small BA team. Through strong stakeholder engagement across all levels of the business and working in close proximity to our Service Design team, you will assess and analyse demand to ensure alignment to, and delivery of, our strategic priorities.

As a central figure in the BA function, you will have exceptional communication skills, and be able to act autonomously, while producing high-quality artefacts as the strong foundation for solution design and delivery.

You’ll become an expert in our products, services and platforms, providing guidance to your stakeholders enabling alignment and decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Eliciting requirements through facilitation, workshops, refinement sessions and other collaborative forums.
  • Produce tangible delivery artefacts such as user stories, requirement documents, workflows and process diagrams.
  • Development of business cases/High Level Assessments in conjunction with the commercial and design teams.
  • Facilitate decision-making and or clarity around ambiguous asks or conflicting requirements.
  • Identify synergies to develop and advise on strategic, repeatable solutions.
  • Surface opportunities to improve partner experience or business processes.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and influence decision-making at a senior level.
  • Challenge/ validate initiatives are aligned with our strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience (ideally 5+ years) in business analysis,
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and facilitation across all levels.
  • Strong understanding of commercial drivers and factors, as well as operational.
  • Demonstrable leadership and mentoring abilities.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Certifications such as IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA, or BCS Diploma in Business Analysis.
  • Experience in cloud technologies, digital transformation, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
