Job summary

Next-Link is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong National Security (NatSec) experience to support complex, mission-critical digital transformation programmes in London. You will work with customers, users, Product Owners and multidisciplinary teams to understand problems, define business and user needs, and translate them into clear requirements and deliverable outcomes.

Strong Senior Business Analyst experience within complex digital transformation programmes.

National Security (NatSec) experience.

Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.

Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.

User stories, acceptance criteria and process modelling.

Experience supporting Product Owners and product backlogs.

Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Understanding of UK Government digital transformation and service standards.
