Salary: £70,000 per annum | Location: Whiteley (Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite / 3 Days WFH, occasional UK travel) | Duration: 12-Month FTC

Our UK-leading B2B telecommunications client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support integration projects following recent acquisitions.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for mapping current processes, defining future-state operations, and ensure smooth integration across teams and systems.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse current-state business processes and identify gaps.
  • Document workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Define future-state (To-Be) processes with cross-functional teams.
  • Support integration roadmaps, transition plans, and delivery milestones.
  • Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
