A leading financial services company in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and deliver complex analysis within portfolios. The successful candidate will own analysis outside of feature teams, promoting best practices and supporting the business analysis community. Responsibilities include collaborating with tech leads, facilitating agile ceremonies, and mentoring junior analysts. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading the delivery of complex analysis within programmes and portfolios. The Senior BA will own any analysis outside of feature teams and provide oversight and guidance to Business analysts within feature teams, ensuring that business outcomes are achieved through high‑quality, value‑driven solutions. The role's purpose is to lead and deliver business analysis within portfolios, promote best practices, and support the development of the business analysis community.
