Senior Business Analyst

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA), based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington, offers a fixed‑term 18 months role, 36.25 hours per week, salary £50,490 per annum plus benefits.

Overview

Join CCHA’s Transformation Team to redesign services, processes and ways of working, tackling the housing crisis across North of England and improving community services.

Responsibilities
  • Shape redesign of services, processes and ways of working.
  • Identify requirements and inform technology selection to enhance customer & colleague experience.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring best practice and consistency across all analysis activities.
  • Shape and maintain process architecture, facilitate workshops and manage the full requirements lifecycle.
  • Act as a key link between stakeholders, technical teams and partners.
  • Support development of business cases, defining clear benefits and ensuring every change delivers real value.
Qualifications
  • Experience leading and mentoring a Business Analyst team.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis best practice and consistency.

Benefits & Working Arrangements
