Job description
The Vacancy

Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on turning complexity into clarity? Do you influence change, challenge assumptions, and bring structure to ambiguous business problems? If so, Evri wants you to join our Change & Technology Governance team as a Senior Business Analyst - a key role shaping the future of one of the UK's largest logistics networks.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of major transformation. You'll work across business functions to uncover real business needs, guide decision‑making, and translate ideas into actionable, benefits‑driven change. Your work will directly influence our technology landscape, customer experience, operations, and long‑term strategy.

Interested? Take a look at the below to understand what you'll be doing in your role:
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business drivers, define goals, and articulate measurable benefits.
  • Leading business analysis for discovery and inception phases - scoping problems, mapping current states, identifying opportunities, and defining future processes.
  • Eliciting, challenging, prioritising, and managing business and product requirements with full traceability.
  • Producing high‑quality, solution‑agnostic analysis artefacts such as: Story maps, EPICs, As‑is / To‑be process maps, Business capability heatmaps, Concept diagrams, Impact assessments and VMOST alignment.
  • Working across people, process, and technology change to ensure end‑to‑end deliverability.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers, Architecture, Engineering, Service Management and Project Managers to ensure alignment and value‑driven delivery.
  • Supporting benefits identification, planning and realisation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Guiding testing considerations, transition planning, and operational readiness.
  • Communicating complex information clearly and confidently to all levels, including senior leadership.
Still interested? Great news! Here’s what you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with experience across full project lifecycles.
  • Strong background in delivering people, process and technology change.
  • Expertise in elicitation, analysis and presentation techniques.
  • Proven ability to work on complex initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.
  • Confidence creating clear documentation - requirements, impacts, gaps, business rules.
  • Experience with Confluence, JIRA or similar tools (beneficial).
