A leading retail company in Welwyn Garden City seeks a Senior Business Agility Coach to create and implement initiatives that drive adaptability and agility across the organization. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in Agile coaching, a strong understanding of various Agile frameworks, and proven abilities in influencing change at multiple levels. This role offers a hybrid working environment with diverse full-time and part-time options.
The Business Agility team’s mission is to enable Tesco to win together by building adaptable capabilities, demonstrating agility behaviours, implementing effective ways of working, and driving continuous excellence.
As a Senior Business Agility Coach, you will design and deliver initiatives aimed at creating adaptable capabilities and agility behaviours, implementing effective ways of working and driving continuous excellence. The initiatives will focus on complex problem areas impacting multiple squads or verticals, requiring deep contextual understanding, data analysis, and the ability to implement transformative change while engaging and influencing stakeholders throughout the process. Leveraging your skills and expertise in various Agile & Lean practices, you will help the Business Agility team create and implement a blueprint for Tesco's Agile ways of working.
