Job summary

Go-Ahead London is seeking a Senior Vehicle Engineer to join our River Road garage. You will be responsible for delivering reliable maintenance and ensuring a punctual, safe bus service for Londoners.

The ideal candidate will have PCV licensing, experience with HGV/PCV vehicles, and the flexibility to work early mornings, late shifts and weekends. We offer a permanent, full-time role with opportunities for career progression and strong pension and holiday benefits.

Qualifications

• PCV licence is required for the role.
• Experience with heavy goods/PCV vehicles is essential.
• Ability to work shifts including early mornings, late shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliable and effective vehicle maintenance to ensure a dependable service for London journeys.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on buses.
• Maintain health, safety and engineering standards across the fleet.
