Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure project delivery to targets including programme and budget.
• Manage and lead the project team, motivating and coaching members.
• Archive project documentation and ensure customer satisfaction surveys are initiated.

Skills

Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Leadership qualities

Experience with NEC3 and JCT contracts

Client relationship management skills

Familiarity with BIM and 3D modeling tools
