Location: Yorkshire region (Leeds or Sheffield)
Salary: £45,000-£65,000 basic salary (including a car allowance) + bonus + global consultancy benefits package

We’re looking for an experienced “all‑rounder” Building Surveyor to lead on the delivery of large condition surveys and lead and manage project work. Reporting into one of their Northern offices – Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds – you will manage team resources, carrying out professional service and project work for a diverse range of clients.
Taking ownership across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings — including offices, retail, and industrial assets — you will provide strategic advice and actionable insights that support asset performance, compliance, and investment planning.
