Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor (MRICS) • Location: North West (Manchester or Liverpool) • Salary: £45,000-£60,000 basic salary (including a car allowance) + bonus + global consultancy benefits package

What will you be doing?
  • Lead and deliver condition surveys and technical inspections across commercial property portfolios across your allocated region.
  • Produce high‑quality reports and recommendations, tailored to client objectives and asset strategies.
  • Manage a broad variety of projects, prioritising workloads and allocating team resource to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Pre‑ and post‑contract activities, with a focus on contract administration under JCT forms of contract.
  • Lead, coach and mentor junior members of the team, including allocating team resources and acting as an APC mentor.
