Qualifications

• MRICS qualification required.
• Experience in dilapidations, and negotiations.
• Strong ownership and project management skills.
• Confident and enthusiastic with career progression drive.
• Experience with landlords or tenants is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Background in commercial real estate preferred.
