Qualifications

• Experience as a Building Surveyor with a track record in managing projects.
• Ability to deliver larger and complex projects through the whole lifecycle.
• Understanding of the account management process.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
• Advise clients on procurement and act as contract administrator.
• Undertake condition surveys and liaise with other specialists.

Skills

Chartered accreditation or working towards

Leadership and management skills

Excellent knowledge of CDM and construction Health & Safety

Education

Degree qualification (RICS accredited or equivalent)
