Job summary

A multi-disciplinary building consultancy in Market Harborough is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to lead and manage building surveying projects. You will ensure quality and compliance, conduct thorough condition surveys, and develop strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be RICS qualified or working towards it, with experience in building surveying and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building surveying.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building pathology and construction technology.
  • Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff.

  • Conduct detailed condition surveys and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Oversee tendering, procurement, and construction contract administration.
