FindCore is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor in London with hybrid working. The role covers professional and project-based surveying, ensuring compliance with CDM and health-and-safety standards while delivering high-quality client service.

The ideal candidate will have MRICS chartered status, a Building Surveying degree, and broad experience in JCT/SBCC contracts, reporting, and project management. Salary is fully negotiable with a performance bonus and development support.

Formación

• Broad experience delivering professional building surveying services.
• Strong knowledge of construction technology and building pathology.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional and project-based building surveying services.
• Undertake PPM surveys, condition surveys, technical due diligence and building pathology investigations.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of work, technical reports and Reinstatement Cost Assessments.
• Manage maintenance, repair, refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects.
• Act as Contract Administrator under JCT and SBCC forms of contract.
• Prepare Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations.
• Provide clear technical advice and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations, health and safety requirements and industry standards.
