Responsibilities

• Conduct Building Surveyor inspections and prepare reports.
• Administer repair and refurbishment contracts.
• Neogotiate schedules of dilapidations and exit strategies.
• Prepare planned preventive maintenance plans.
• Undertake building reinstatement cost assessments.
• Provide excellent client service and make sustainable business links.
