Senior Building Surveyor - Leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy

Location: Leeds

Salary: £50,000-£58,000 + Benefits (including a 10% pension contribution).

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a practice with a rich history dating back to the early 19th century, known for its innovation, technical excellence, and forward-thinking approach to sustainability. Sectors spanning government, education, transport, energy, and commercial sectors, you'll play a key role in delivering industry-leading projects from concept through to completion.

The Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, in addition to project delivery, you will provide high-quality professional Building Surveying services, including condition surveys, building, technical due diligence and dilapidations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a broad range of Building Surveying duties across multiple sectors
  • Lead client engagement and ensure consistent service delivery
  • Conduct building pathology assessments and prepare detailed reports
  • Perform due diligence and condition surveys
  • Administer contracts and oversee project delivery
About You
  • RICS Chartered (MRICS) with a RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
  • Demonstrated experience in both professional and project-based Building Surveying
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team
  • Able to travel within the region and occasionally further afield
