This role is with an ambitious and growing independent who now are extremely busy and looking to continue the growth of the practice with this next senior hire. Perfect position for any Chartered Building Surveyor who who is looking for opportunity to move to a vibrant team and help grow the department further, The sector work currently available ranges from commercial, residential all the way through to more infrastructure led projects working alongside some of the UK\'s nationally energy providers. About You

• Relevant degree qualified (Surveying/Construction Management)
• Proven track record as a Building Surveyor (ideally within a consultancy/client-side environment)
• MRICS qualified or at least close to achieving such qualification
• Experience in successfully offering core building surveying services
• Comfortable in a Client facing role and developing Client relationships and new potential business
