In this role, you will work across a varied commercial portfolio, undertaking site inspections, carrying out dilapidations, preparing schedules of condition, running contract administration, managing reports, and attending regular client meetings. This is a highly client‑facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical confidence, and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will hold a Building Surveying degree, hold MRICS or AssocRICS, be self‑sufficient, confident on site and able to manage a range of surveying instructions with autonomy.

The Role:

• Deliver a wide range of commercial building surveying services
• Undertake dilapidations, schedules of condition and contract administration
• Attend client meetings and manage instructions independently

• Work across office, hotel, and commercial refurbishment projects
• Based in London, with hybrid working (2-3 days in office)

The Person:

• Chartered Building Surveyor
• Strong background in surveying
• Confident delivering dilapidations, CA and schedules of condition
• Self‑sufficient, client‑facing, and capable of managing own workload
• Ambitious and open to future leadership progression
