A multi-disciplinary consultancy in London is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to lead building and condition surveys. The role offers a competitive salary between £60,000 - £70,000 and is a permanent full-time position. Candidates should hold a degree in Building Surveying and ideally possess MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications. You will oversee refurbishment projects, deliver asset management advice, and mentor junior staff, contributing to asset safety and maintenance across commercial properties.

Qualifications
