The practice has a long and successful history, yet continues to evolve investing in people, technology and flexible ways of working. Prominent within the market and trusted by major asset owners, the business is large enough to work on significant, high‑profile commissions, but not so big that you become a number. The London office, in particular, is known for its strong team culture, collaborative ethos and supportive leadership, and is now entering an exciting new phase of planned growth.

  • Contract administration and project management through to final account
  • Delivering a full scope of professional building surveying advice to major property and asset owners
  • Building strong client relationships through excellent stakeholder engagement
  • (Desirable) Involvement in dilapidations instructions, though this is not essential

This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role offering genuine autonomy, variety and professional challenge.

  • Strong technical capability across core building surveying and project delivery services
  • Experience managing projects with confidence from start to finish
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
  • A positive, proactive mindset and appetite for career progression
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
  • A well‑established consultancy with a modern, forward‑thinking culture
  • High‑quality work for major public‑sector asset owners
  • A London team that is successful, close‑knit and genuinely supportive
  • Clear, structured career development and progression aligned with continued team growth
  • A business where your contribution is visible, valued and recognised

  • Car allowance and performance‑related bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package and generous holiday entitlement
  • Hybrid / agile working to support work‑life balance
