A leading engineering consultancy in Epsom is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to deliver Building Surveying duties across various sectors. AtkinsRéalis has a vacancy for a Senior Building Surveyor to work in a multi‑disciplinary environment delivering a full suite of Building Surveying duties. The role will be based in our Epsom office with opportunities to work from London (Nova North) or from home. This role offers varied and interesting work with a number of high‑profile public and private sector clients.
It is an excellent prospect for an individual who enjoys working collaboratively within a vibrant team, has experience managing client relationships, and enjoys variety across all areas of Building Surveying. The role requires strong commercial awareness, the ability to inspire clients, and mentor junior colleagues through client relationship and communication skills.
