This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join a growing business at an exciting stage of development. The role offers a varied and engaging workload, including dilapidations (acting for both landlords and tenants), party wall work, project-based refurbishments and improvements, schedules of condition, specification writing, and full contract administration duties. You'll work closely with clients across a mix of sectors and will take ownership of projects from inception to completion. There is also a genuine opportunity to build your own team, grow a client base, and step into a leadership role within the consultancy.
Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) - essential
Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in building surveying
Strong technical knowledge across dilapidations, party wall matters, specification writing, contract administration, and project work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage clients and stakeholders confidently
A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to work independently and mentor junior surveyors
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across London and the South East
