The Opportunity

We’re representing a leading Tier 1 Main contractor with an exceptional track record delivering complex, high-quality schemes across the UK. They’re now seeking an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to lead the MEP delivery on a landmark multi-block residential development in Brighton.

With a £20M MEP package and a three-year build programme, this is a long-term opportunity offering real responsibility, stability, and the chance to shape a major project from the inside out.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading all MEP delivery across multiple residential blocks
• Driving coordination between design, commercial, and construction teams
• Managing subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery
• Overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and handover
• Acting as the go-to technical lead for all building services matters on site
