Overview

My client, a niche Managing Agent, is looking for a Senior Building Manager to oversee operations of a site in excess of 220,000 sq ft. You will be required to put in all process procedures for the site and will work alongside an ABM and Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations of a site in excess of 220,000 sq ft and implement site processes and procedures.
  • Set and manage service charge budgets and oversee health and safety on site (IOSH or NEBOSH). Drive ESG initiatives and oversee fit-out works.
  • Engage with end users (tenants) on a daily basis; maintain clear written and verbal communications to operate the flagship site.
  • Deliver a high level of service with service partners to create a tenant-centric approach and a "one team" ethos.
  • Opportunity to get involved in other developments should the opportunity arise.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing a site of a similar scale.
  • Experience setting and managing service charge budgets.
  • Health and safety experience; IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, tenant-facing approach.
