Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out plan appraisals, statutory consultations, and site inspections.
• Develop the existing client base in London.
• Make compliance decisions based on Building Regulations.

Skills

Chartered membership of an appropriate professional institution (RICS, CABE, CIOB)

Experience in the construction industry with relevant experience in Building Control

Experience of plan appraisal of residential developments

Awareness of forensic investigations of buildings

Proven ability to make pragmatic decisions on compliance

Able to work with minimum supervision

Knowledge of environmental issues and relevant standards
