Responsibilities

• Review plans for compliance with building regulations.
• Conduct on-site inspections at key construction stages.
• Provide professional Building Control advice through various channels.
• Inspect dangerous structures during normal working hours.
• Participate in out-of-hours dangerous structures rota.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and correspondence.
• Support Training of Trainee and Assistant Surveyors.
• Assist in service improvements and team duties.
