Job summary

LEC AI in London is hiring to own and operate DOM — our AI marketing operating system — and to lead a small team of engineers and interns. The role requires writing production code weekly in Python/TypeScript and building critical parts of the stack, including media pipelines and the distribution/ revenue components.

This office-based position demands a builder mindset over management talk, with five-days-a-week presence in the London office and a clear track record of shipping production

Qualifications

• It is a production-level, end-to-end platform project.
• Daily production code delivery in Python/TypeScript.
• Experience with API-first architecture and large-scale media pipelines.
• Familiarity with video/media processing and publishing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the DOM platform end-to-end.
• Lead a small team of engineers and interns.
• Architect, build and review video/ editing pipelines and revenue features.
• Deliver reliable, scalable systems used by real users.
