A leading engineering firm in Truro is seeking a Senior/Principal Engineer to drive civil and bridge engineering projects. This role involves bridge design and management, mentoring junior teammates, and ensuring project delivery meets quality and budget standards. Candidates should have practical bridge design experience, solid project management skills, and familiarity with relevant engineering standards. A chartered Civil or Structural Engineer designation and good client handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge in the design and management of structures.
• Experience of working on construction sites and in design offices.
