Job summary

The Clancy Group in Immingham is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead delivery of a five-span overbridge, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, budgets and schedules from planning through to completion. You will ensure CDM 2015, health and safety, quality and environmental standards, while maintaining positive relationships with the client and stakeholders.

A strong civil engineering background and CSCS/SMSTS are required; TW Coordinator ticket and NEC experience are desirable.

Qualifications

Strong civil engineering background with bridge/construction delivery experience.
Proven ability to manage budgets, programmes and client relationships.
Solid knowledge of temporary works, CDM 2015, health and safety, QA and environment.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of a five-span overbridge, coordinating site teams and subcontractors.
Manage budgets, programmes and construction activity from planning to completion.
Oversee temporary works coordination, design development and safety implications.
Monitor progress, provide updates and ensure work meets specification and standards.
Ensure CDM 2015 compliance and promote a strong safety culture on site.
Maintain positive relationships with the client and stakeholders.
