Job summary

Hypebeast is seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead the EMEA branded content production team in London, overseeing branded content campaigns, video projects, social franchises and experiential events.

Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will manage budgets, schedules, talent, crews and suppliers, ensure on-time delivery, and collaborate with Creative, Editorial and Sales while mentoring junior producers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content production, ideally within a media company, creative agency or branded content environment.
• Strong visual sensibility and ability to contribute ideas in brainstorms and develop concepts for social-first content.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, budgets, schedules, talent, crews and suppliers from brief to delivery.
• Industry knowledge of fashion, music, art and culture, with awareness of the Hypebeast landscape and current creative trends.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail, with ability to prioritise deadlines and anticipate challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production across branded content campaigns and paid social media franchises, from brief to delivery and reconciliation.
• Manage budgets, schedules, production plans, contracts, talent, crews, locations and external suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Oversee productions on set and remotely, ensuring assets meet the creative brief and quality standards.
• Contribute creatively by developing concepts, storyboards and shot lists for social-first content.
• Collaborate with Creative, Editorial and Sales to meet client objectives and audience needs.
• Maintain production documentation with contracts, invoices and supplier onboarding.
• Monitor spend with Finance and flag budget or margin issues.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, talent and suppliers, resolving production challenges.
• Support pitches, proposals, production approaches and budget estimates for Sales and Creative.
• Build relationships with freelancers and production companies, negotiating competitive rates.
• Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and efficiency.
• Lead branded events, activations and pop-ups from planning through on-site delivery.
