Job summary

A global entertainment organization is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead high-value brand partnerships across live entertainment platforms. This 12-month contract role involves working three days a week in London, focusing on planning and maximizing contracted rights. The successful candidate will develop strong partnerships, manage a portfolio of key clients, and oversee budget and performance evaluation. Experience in entertainment or sport rights management is essential, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience working at a rights holder within entertainment or sport is essential.
  • Proven success in directing large-scale, multi-year brand partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of leveraging rights to meet brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for a portfolio of key clients.
  • Act as the senior lead contact for partners and ensure maximum value.
  • Develop understanding of partner objectives and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program execution.
  • Support partners in achieving ROI and performance targets.
  • Lead strategic conversations with stakeholders and partners.
  • Oversee budget planning and performance evaluation.
