Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for DEWALT Tools & Solutions. The role is remote for UK/France/Spain with travel across EMEA ANZ. Full-time permanent position focusing on end-to-end launches, GTM planning, and multi-channel campaigns across professional markets.

You will lead campaigns, develop brand narratives, and collaborate with regional teams to deliver high-impact activations while upholding brand standards and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in brand management and/or integrated marketing.
• Experience developing and delivering brand strategies and campaigns that build equity and drive growth.
• Expertise in positioning, value proposition development, and creating compelling brand narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch of new products and campaigns across DEWALT portfolio in EMEA ANZ.
• Own go-to-market planning with Product and Commercial teams, ensuring on-time, on-brand launches.
• Develop insight-led campaign strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion for professionals.
• Oversee creation, localisation, and deployment of launch assets across channels and touchpoints.
• Partner with Product Management, Digital, Shopper Marketing, and global brand teams for integrated execution.
• Bridge with local and regional markets through regular communication, launch toolkits, and activation support.
• Champion brand excellence by embedding best practices and coaching team capability.
