Peperami isn't just a snack - it's a brand with attitude. We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially sharp Senior Brand Manager Peperami to take it further. If you’re full of energy, bursting with ideas, and ready to make your mark on a household name, we want to hear from you.

You will co-create and drive the marketing strategy for Peperami, turning insights into action and ambition into results. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering the brand plan, managing everything from ATL and BTL campaigns to innovation pipelines and product launches. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, Category and Shopper Marketing, ensuring every touchpoint of the brand reflects our bold personality and delivers commercial value.

You’ll play a key role in developing and executing innovation strategies, working with our R&D and operations teams to bring new products to life – on time and in full. You’ll also translate consumer insights and market data into smart, actionable brand decisions to drive growth in relevance and penetration.

As a central member of the UK & Ireland Country Business Team, you’ll contribute to wider commercial performance, support sales initiatives with relevant brand and market insights, and monitor competitors and best-in-class marketing practices. Budget management and performance tracking will also be part of your remit, ensuring spend is efficient and impactful.

Responsibilities
  • Co-create and drive the Peperami marketing strategy; develop and deliver the brand plan; manage ATL and BTL campaigns, innovation pipelines, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Category, Shopper Marketing) to ensure brand touchpoints reflect the brand personality and deliver commercial value.
  • Develop and execute innovation strategies with R&D and operations to bring new products to market on time and in full.
  • Translate consumer insights and market data into actionable brand decisions to drive growth in relevance and penetration.
  • Contribute to wider commercial performance as part of the UK & Ireland Country Business Team; support sales with brand and market insights; monitor competitors and industry best practices.
  • Manage budget and track performance to ensure efficient and impactful spend.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; at least 7 years of experience in FMCG brand marketing.
  • Proven track record leading major campaigns, launching innovations, and shaping growth for consumer brands.
  • Experience spanning brand communications and innovation, including crafting ATL and BTL campaigns (digital, social, and media planning) and bringing new products to life.
  • Ability to brief and manage agencies, negotiate budgets, and measure impact.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a practical, action-oriented “doer” mindset; comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing complexity.
  • UK market-savvy (Ireland is a bonus); commercially minded, action-oriented, and customer-focused with clear communication to influence others.
