Reports to: Head of Crufts (Revenue & Brand)
Salary: £52,500 - £57,000 DOE
Contract Type: Full-time

We're looking for a bold, creative, and commercially-minded Senior Brand Manager to help transform Crufts from a world-famous event into a year-round lifestyle brand that resonates with dog lovers across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a beloved institution, bringing fresh energy, relevance, and reach to a brand that's ready to grow beyond its traditional roots.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the charge to make Crufts the go-to brand for dog owners nationwide.
  • Creating and delivering integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial success.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring the Crufts brand to life across every touchpoint.
  • Using customer insights to inform strategy, messaging, and product development.
  • Managing media spend, agency relationships, and campaign performance with a sharp eye on ROI.
Qualifications
  • Experience in brand strategy and integrated marketing.
