Senior Brand Manager - EMEA

Do you have experience in brand marketing or licensing within the toy or entertainment industry?

Do you want to work for a well established toy brand?

Are you confident creating and delivering presentations to licensors or retail partners?

Macgregor Black are partnering with a well-established on the search for a Senior Brand Manager - EMEA. This is a permanent role based in London.

As the Senior Brand Manager - EMEA you will, act as the European link between local market needs and global brand planning. You'll lead regional marketing execution, support key product launches, and represent the European perspective in global brand and licensor discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver market-specific insights from Europe to inform global brand and product strategy.
  • Lead the planning and rollout of regional campaigns that support brand growth and commercial success.
  • Prepare and present impactful, insight-driven decks for licensors, retailers, and internal teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison with licensors on European marketing activities and performance updates.
  • Be the go-to expert for your brands, keeping teams informed on key developments, content updates, and results.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in toy, licensing, or consumer product marketing (Preschool, Dolls, or Collectibles ideal).
  • Confident presenter with advanced skills in visual storytelling using PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Proactive and adaptable team player with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
