Bring 5-8+ years of brand or marketing design experience, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. This full-time hybrid role offers flexible office days and a chance to influence live entertainment experiences.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of brand or marketing design experience.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and link them to business goals.
• Strong conceptual and craft skills across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Drive concept development and lead ideation across channels.
• Own projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize and manage creative projects balancing craft, strategy and impact.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and translate discussions into actionable work.
• Research briefs to understand audience, challenge and goals.
