Senior Branch Manager at SIXT leads a multi-branch operation, guiding teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets while ensuring top-tier customer service. You will manage the fleet, implement best practices, and drive performance across the branch network.

You will coach managers and agents, recruit talent in collaboration with the Talent team, and partner with regional leaders to optimize processes, safety, and quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented mindset with direct customer interaction
• 3+ years branch management experience; 2–4 years in sales and customer service
• Proven ability to develop and up-skill team members
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead budgets, sales and market penetration across multiple branches to grow revenue and profitability
• Coach and manage Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents and Fleet Service Agents with regular reviews
• Recruit new team members in collaboration with Talent team and assist in recruitment process
• Oversee vehicle fleet and operational tasks (health and safety, CI, defleets) and delegate tasks for efficiency
• Maintain premium customer service and address complaints while optimizing processes with regional managers
