• Achieve KPIs and performance assessments.
• Negotiate offers and ensure compliance.

Skills

Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle

Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency

Strong customer relationship management

Ability to create and action business plans

Understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency

Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
