A leading financial services provider seeks a BPA Senior Transition Manager to join their Annuity Client Services Team. This role emphasizes managing the onboarding of new BPA transactions and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate should bring excellent knowledge of Bulk Purchase Annuities, with experience in transitioning schemes, among other skills. Salary and benefits: Up to £95,000 depending on experience plus bonus private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.
We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a BPA Senior Transition Manager to join our Annuity Client Services Team within RSAM.
We’re currently recruiting for a BPA Senior Transition Manager to join our Annuity Client Services Team. The role will effectively support the safe onboarding of new BPA transactions, while ensuring that existing BPA business is operated efficiently and in line with contractual obligations.
You would be the main point of contact for our BPA Trustee clients and their advisors/administrators, owning and driving project plans forward. You will also be required to take a hands‑on approach to managing the implementation journey for a varied portfolio of schemes all the way through to buy‑out.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with and influence a variety of stakeholders across the business and externally. The role would fit somebody looking for a challenge and an opportunity to develop a team, themselves and their career.
