Job summary

FinSyncBook is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Greater London. You will manage client accounts, maintain accurate records, and deliver high-quality bookkeeping services across multiple industries.

This role focuses on full-cycle bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, financial statements, payroll processing, and collaboration with tax professionals to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with Amazon and Shopify ecommerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Experience with Synder, A2X, and other integration tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 10-15 client accounts.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle payroll processing and related tax filings.
• Work with clients to clean up and organize historical records.
• Coordinate with tax professionals during tax season.
• Train and mentor junior bookkeeping staff.
