Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in facilities management, preferably in biotech.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments including COSHH.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hard services and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
• Manage Building Management System and review alarm logs daily.
• Support research science teams and troubleshoot equipment issues.
