Job summary

A large NHS Trust in Birmingham is seeking a Band 7 Senior Biomedical Scientist to oversee Point of Care Testing (POCT) across multiple sites. The role requires HCPC registration and a Master’s degree, along with significant laboratory experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of Point of Care Testing devices across multiple hospital sites.
  • Provide specialist advice to staff and manage clinical activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and training of new staff.
