Job summary

ARCADIS is seeking a BIM Manager to enhance their Places business area in Leeds. You will leverage your expertise to oversee BIM processes for various Defence and Local Government projects.

Your role involves developing relationships with project managers, managing BIM-related tools, and ensuring compliance with BIM policies. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in BIM coordination and proficiency in Autodesk software tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project delivery in a BIM environment.
• Familiarity with implementing BIM accreditation/certification (ISO 19650).
• Ability to train and support team members in BIM processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the BIM process supported by tools in large scale projects.
• Develop effective working relationships with the Project Manager.
• Provide input to the development of the company’s BIM policies.
