We are looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join our internal Win Work Operations team. This role will support our Win Work efforts by writing compelling, high-quality proposals that win work across our consulting, engineering and technology portfolio. You will work closely with technical experts, business leaders, and the wider proposals team to develop responses that clearly articulate our compelling value proposition and align with client requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled writer with a passion for storytelling and a strategic mindset to make an impact on the growth of our business.
The primary focus of this role will be to create compelling written content for our bids, but the role will also support development of Win Work collateral in the form of case studies. The role will also be a subject matter expert for bid writing within the Win Work Operations team, setting and championing best practice, and supporting the development of bid writing skills across our workforce. This role reports to the Win Work Operations Director and works closely with our client‑facing Win Work teams and wider proposal teams daily.
