Job summary

Randstad CPE in Southampton is recruiting an experienced Bid Manager for a Tier 1 contractor operating across the South Coast. You will join the preconstruction team to select bids to target and lead the bid through initial stages to a tight, quality 1st draft.

You will work with estimating and design teams, handle client enquiries, and help present the bid. Experience with 2-stage schemes is advantageous and you will write compelling PQQ content.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large, complex bids.
• Knowledge of two-stage bid processes advantageous.
• Ability to write clear, detailed bid content and PQQ responses.

Responsibilities

• Involved at initial stages to select bids to target.
