Sopra Steria is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead high-value bids across UK public and private sectors. You will shape winning solutions by coordinating cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, working in a hybrid model with London office visits three days a week.
You will develop bid strategies, manage budgets, and produce compelling proposals that align with customer requirements and win themes, driving success across Defence, Government, Emergency Services and Commercial markets.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join our Strategic Sales team, leading complex, high-value pursuits that have real impact. Working alongside senior stakeholders across the UK and Europe, you'll help shape winning solutions for clients spanning Defence, Government, Emergency Services, and Commercial markets.
This role is hybrid, with travel to our London office 3 days a week.

Salary: Up to £80k
