• 10–15 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst.
• 6+ years in a Central Lab or Clinical Trials environment preferred.
• Deep understanding of business applications in a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Define the scope and objectives of business systems.
• Analyse user needs for system enhancements.
• Oversee business systems projects from inception to implementation.
• Design PowerBI dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Extract and interpret complex lab data using SQL.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration in clinical trial settings.
